Within the Influence Media (“WIM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a marketing and content agency providing branding, social media strategy, photography, and digital marketing services.
Photography & Content Usage
All photography, video, written content, branding assets, and creative materials produced by Within the Influence Media remain the intellectual property of Within the Influence Media unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Upon full payment of services, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered content for their business marketing purposes, including:
- Website usage
- Social media platforms
- Digital marketing
- Email marketing
- Printed promotional materials
Clients may not:
- Resell the content
- Claim authorship of the work
- Alter the content in a way that misrepresents the original intent
- Transfer the license to another business or individual without written permission
Within the Influence Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Website portfolio
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Case studies
- Advertising
If a client requires full ownership transfer, content buyout, or exclusive rights, this must be negotiated separately and documented in writing prior to delivery.
We respect client confidentiality and will honor any non-disclosure agreements signed prior to project commencement.
Comments
