We provide light to moderate engagement depending on your package, which includes responding to comments and interacting with your community. Direct messages and customer service inquiries remain your responsibility unless otherwise discussed.

Yes. Each package includes a small monthly ad spend to support reach and visibility. Any additional advertising budget is paid for by the client and discussed in advance.
